Frenchy's Sip and Shop - Charlotte, NC
Located in a historic 1933 building, Frenchy’s Sip and Shop is South End’s largest bottle shop for craft beer and natural wines. Prior to renovation, the client had a very specific vision in mind. His main goal was to maintain the space's historical charm to pair with the handmade, artisanal products the shop offers. The space includes an inviting entrance, full bar and thoughtfully designed displays for the client’s 700 beer and wine selections, all enhanced by beautiful materials and fixtures that honor the building’s original character.

Bossy Beulah's - Fort Mill, SC
This 1,822 square-foot building was originally home to Coleman’s Wrecker, an auto mechanic shop and gas station. One of the main goals of this project was to pay homage to the building's rich history and character while bringing the Bossy Beulah's vision and unique brand to life. An outdoor patio with picnic tables, overflowing planter boxes and vibrant paint colors are a welcomed addition to Fort Mill’s growing landscape, as are the restaurant’s famous chicken sandwiches!

Goldie's - Charlotte, NC
This 6,000 square-foot space was previously home to an auto repair shop. Today it is home to a one-of-a-kind live music venue. With an indoor stage for daily live music acts, full restaurant, two separate bar locations, and front and rear outdoor patios, Goldie’s has a variety of flexible spaces for a wide range of clientele.
